Remodels

We will come out, look at what you're interested in remodeling or adding, take notes, and give you a quote. If you have an original plan, we'll want to see that as well.     

When we meet the second time, we will show you the first draft of the remodel plan for you to look over. This will include the first draft of the floorplan and a rough 3-D model. After seeing these, you'll give us feedback so that we can perfect the design for you. 

At the third meeting, we will present the complete plan to you. This will* include elevation drawings of all four exterior sides, detailed floorplan(s), foundation, standard electrical, roof plan, and a wall section. Although the plan is finished at this point, we are open to changing details until the remodel/construction starts.
