Custom House Plans

At the first meeting we will look at ideas you have, or what we have suggested to you, to get a better  understanding of what you are wanting. We'll ask you questions about specifics and brainstorm new ideas.  

When we meet the second time, we will show you the floorplan for the first floor and second floor or finished basement, if you will have them. We will also show you a rough 3-D model of the exterior of the house. After seeing these, you'll give us feedback so that we can perfect the design for you. 

At the third meeting, we will present the complete plan to you. This will include elevation drawings of all four exterior sides, detailed floorplan(s), foundation, standard electrical, roof plan, and a wall section. Although the plan is finished at this point, we are open to changing details until construction starts. 

Whether you have a floorplan you know you want or just know a style you like, we will design a home that fits your needs and budget.  

We will go over every detail with you and make any necessary changes, so that your custom home is exactly what you want.
